Google Analytics loads on every page, but Consent Mode denies storage by default and there is no banner that could change that — so it measures visits without writing a cookie or keeping an identifier. There is no advertising tag. One exception, named here rather than passed over in silence: the gr_int flag, our own exclusion for internal visits. It is written only if you deliberately open a page with ?internal=1 appended — as a cookie with a lifetime of one year, and additionally in local storage — and the measurement code reads it on every page view.
