A correction
If you think a rate, an amount or a tax year is wrong, send the correction with its primary source (NTA, Kyōkai Kenpo, the Pension Service, MIC). It is the email we most appreciate.
A suggestion
A missing calculation, an explanation that did not land, or a case the breakdown does not cover. Tell us what you entered and what you expected to see.

Please do not send personal data
Please do not send personal payroll data: your name, My Number, basic pension number, payslips or real amounts. A rounded figure is enough to explain a question. The site does not collect or store personal data, and we do not want to receive it by email either.
